Keira
Client Care Manager & Veterinary Nurse
Keira joined our team in 2025 and is a passionate animal lover. She is currently studying her Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing. She has a particular passion for cats, having been around them her entire life, and has a gorgeous cat called Mimi at home.
Ruby
Client Care Manager & Veterinary Nurse
Ruby has always had a passion for animals and an enduring interest in veterinary medicine. Growing up with her two much-loved Cavoodles, Rosie and George, she discovered her love for caring for animals early on. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Animal and Veterinary Bioscience).
Isabelle
Client Care Manager & Veterinary Nurse
Issy is studying at the University of Sydney. She is an animal lover who grew up on a farm in rural Queensland, where she had animals of all sizes and shapes. Issy joined the team in 2021 and has three furry friends of her own Pippa, a kelpie, and her cats, Duke and Duchess.
Heidi
Client Care Manager & Veterinary Nurse
Heidi is studying at the University of Sydney. Her lifelong passion for animals extends from her household pets to farm animals, having spent a lot of time on her grandparent’s cattle farm. She currently owns a German Shepherd named Yogi and four cats named Maverick, Stella, Ruthie and Goblin. Heidi joined our team in 2024 .
Sunny
Chief Treat Taster/Official Mascot
Sunny is a three year old Beagle x Cavalier owned by our vets Drs Hannah & John Spitzer. His chief responsibilities are in quality control but he is a big believer in team building and will often be found cuddling practice staff. In his down time you can find him sprawled out in front of the fireplace or playing with his human siblings.
Winston
Assistant Treat Taster/Offical Mascot
Winston is a rescue French Bulldog owned by our vets Drs Hannah & John Spitzer.
